Thanking Doug Fincannon

Tim D. Sutton and Ann Vaughan were installed as commissioners for the 2006-2010 term at the December 4, 2006 meeting. Mr. Sutton has served on the board since 1994. Ann Vaughan was elected to her first term in 2006, and replaces Doug Fincannon on the Board of Commissioners.

Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisors

Also at the December 4 meeting, Fred Bowman and Fenton Covington were installed for the Soil and Water Conservation District
