Minutes Only (Aug 2000-Dec 2007)

Minutes only available August 2000 through February 2008.  Beginning in March 2008, we will be making past Agendas available.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the minutes and agendas from the commissioners.  It is a free download from Adobe.

Beginning in April 2008, we will begin offering video recordings of our Commissioners Meetings both online and on the local Time-Warner Public Access Channels.  The television broadcast of the meetings will occur on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month at 3 PM.  Online videos will be made available after processing the videos through Google Video, our service provider for multimedia.  The meetings are not "streamed" live, but are recorded and made available to you for download.

To access the video recordings online, your computer and internet connection will need to meet several requirements.  At a minimum, you will need:

A Computer
A reasonably new computer will be necessary.  Newer computers with faster processors, more RAM, and more video processing power will work better.  Some older computers will not work at all.  While there aren't any "official" rules, a good starting point is to have a computer not older than 3-5 years.

An Operating System
As of April 2008, Google Video supports Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher and Apple Macintosh OS X 10.3 or higher.  Your operating system should be fully updated.

An Internet Browser
As of April 2008, Alamnace County recommends Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, or Apple Safari 3 or higher.  Your browser should be fully updated.

An Internet Connection
Google Video recommends that you have a broadband internet connection of at least 500 kbps.  This means that dial-up internet connections, and even some "Lite" broadband connections may not work with this service.

A Player
Google Video requires that you use Adobe's Flash Player 7.x or higher.  This is a free download available from Adobe.

If you have any other questions about using Google Video's Player or Services, including issues with downtime or quality, please consult the Google Video Help Center
