Teamwork is the basis of our success. We use cooperation as our first tool in working with others - employees, departments, the private sector. We involve people because we value their commitment and ownership. One unit of the county cannot be successful at the expense of another. Our teamwork and cooperative spirit reaches out to the people - we include the people in our team.

There are times when bureaucracy is a barrier to achieving the desired result. Where rules do not add value, we want to change them to better focus on results and customer satisfaction.
