NC Winner's Circle 

North Carolina Winner's Circle is a statewide healthy dining initiative designed to create and promote healthy eating environments through free and voluntary partnerships between local eating establishments and health agencies. The Winner's Circle Healthy Dining Program creates opportunities for consumers to recognize and choose healthy food options through item labeling and eating out venues (restaurants, schools, cafeterias, etc.) that offer healthy alternatives. NC Winner's Circle healthy alternatives are identified and promoted based on widely accepted nutritional criteria that encourage foods with nutrients that promote optimal health and prevent chronic diseases, i.e., fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, and calcium rich foods.
