Operated by the Alamance County Recreation and Parks Department, the Eli Whitney Recreation Center serves southern Alamance County residents as a resource for recreation and leisure needs.  The facility offers a baseball/softball field, outdoor walking track, multi-purpose field, playground equipment, a full-size basketball gymnasium, and two large activity rooms. Programs and activities are offered for senior citizens, youth and adults.
