Camp will run Monday - Friday from 7:30am-6:00pm
Activities will include arts & crafts, structured activities,
swim times, guest speakers, field trips based on theme weeks.
Theme weeks include nature, science, sports, American hero & more!

Full Payment is Due by June 2nd, Weekly Payments are Due Wednesday Prior to
the Week Attending (1st Week is non-refundable & is Due by June 2nd).
Camp will consist of a Director, Assistant, 3 Counselors & 24 Campers

Summer Day Camp Rules
1) BE RESPECTFUL to Others at ALL TIMES.
2) NO Profanity or Horseplay ALLOWED
(NO Kicking, Hitting, Spitting, Fighting, Shoving, etc.)
3) NO Running in the Classrooms or the Lobby.
4) NO Gum Allowed in the Gymnasium.
5) Each Child MUST Stay with their Assigned Group & Counselors.
6) Parent/Guardian may be called to Pick Up their child if the Program Counselors find
that the child is Sick or for Disruptive Behavior, which results in the following actions:
1st Time – Verbal Warning & Time Out from Group Participation
2nd Time – Written Warning, Time Out from Group Participation &
Will NOT be allowed to attend the next scheduled day of the program
3rd Time – Written Warning, Child will be Suspended from camp for a Week
4th Time - Written Warning, Child will be Suspended from camp for the
remainder of the summer program.
7) Each Child Must Take the Complete Snack & Lunch each day, which is provided by
the Summer Food Service Program (includes sandwich, snacks & drink).
8) Parent/Guardian must come into the center to sign their child in & out each day they participate.
No camper will be allowed to leave the building without a parent/guardian.
(Arriving NO earlier than 7:30am & Picking up NO later than 6:00pm.)
Summer Day Camp Fee Policy
*In addition to the regular camp fees there will be a late pick up fee of $5 the first ten minutes & $1 each additional minute. A one time grace period will be reserved for families only
in an emergency & if the camp staff has been informed of the situation. This will be payment
for the staff working during this time. If camp fees remain unpaid after the camp concludes there will be an additional late fee of $25 for each month it remains delinquent.
If this continues for more than 3 months it will be turned over to the
Alamance County Legal Office and will take further action as needed.
