Alamance County Hiring Process: Initial applicants may download their application and return them with any accompanying paperwork via mail to Human Resources or to the contact indicated on the job listing. Applications may also be picked up and dropped off in person at the Switchboard at the Alamance County Office Building at 124 West Elm Street in Graham, NC.
Human Resources will collect initial applications received on or before the cut off date (if any) and forward them to the appropriate department head or hiring manager. The manager will then screen applicants with respect to the essential requirements of the position based upon stated qualifications, and will decide upon and conduct interviews to complete the hiring process for their position.
