Purpose:  Hear and decide appeals from any decision made by a Watershed Administrator.  Grant minor variances from the terms of the Watershed Protection Ordinance.  Requirements for Membership:  Must reside within designated watershed.  G.S. 153A-340 (ff) and Article 21 of Chapter 143.  Established May 4, 1987.
