Purpose:  To review cases of child fatalities in order to identify any references in the CCP System and to assist the Director in the protection of surviving siblings.  Teams also review active cases of abuse or neglect and plan preventive services.  Team shall recommend and advocate for system improvements and reform.  GS 143-576.1.  Established 1991.
