Purpose:  To recommend programs, policies and regulations for the operation of the library and to advise the Board of Commissioners on library matters.  Requirements for Membership:  2 members from City of Burlington, 2 members from City of Mebane, 2 members from City of Graham, 2 members from Alamance County, 1 County Commissioner, 1 member at large.  GS 153A-265.  Established:  August 23, 1988.
