To serve as the communications link between the citizen and public safety agencies; Accurate idenitification of the citizen's location and public safety response needs; Fast and accurate activiation of public safety services; Provide communications support and coordination for all county public safety support agencies.

Communications: 24 Hours a day, 365 Days a year 

Administration: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
