     (add $30 for service by sheriff)

 Alias & Pluries summons or endorsement on original summons - $15

     (add $30 for service by sheriff)

 Motions - $20

     (except for domestic violence and child support enforcement cases)

 Motion for Claim of Exemption - $20

 Counter Claim or Cross Claim in District Court - $150

 Counter Claim or Cross Claim in Superior Court - $200

 Criminal

 Infraction Non Traffic - $178

 Infraction Traffic - $188

 Misdemeanor Non Traffic - $180

 Misdemeanor Traffic - $190
