Due to technical issues, the listings on this page may have changed. Our Sales are based off of Delinquent Taxes  due to the County and any City Municipality associated with each individual property. There are fees that are added to each property for filing fees and legal fees. There is a 5% deposit required from the highest bidder for the day. This must either be in Cash or Certified Check. There is a 10 day upset bid that runs with every sale. After the 10th day, if you are the highest bidder, our office will contact you to set up appointment for remaining balance to be brought in and deed transfered. If, however there are upset bids in the 10 day period, the Clerk of Court will contact you by mail in order for you to decide if you want to stay in the bidding or not. The upset bids are handled through the Clerk of Courts office, in the basement in the Civil Department. Upset Bids are determined by the last bid amount. The deposit for upset bids are as follows: starting at $750.00 based on the last bid being anything under $15,750.00, any bid over and above $15,750.00, the deposited required is 5% deposit only for each individual upset bid.
