Scheduling an Appointment

An appointment with most of our clinics (except Children's Dental, Maternity, and WIC) can be made by calling the appointment line on the day you wish to be seen.  It is strongly recommended that you call early in the day for a same day appointment.

If you are calling to speak with a nurse in a specific clinic, please leave a message and a phone number where you can be reached.  Your call will be returned.

Please note that due to privacy laws, we cannot leave a voicemail or answering machine message on a line that is only indentified by a phone number (a name must be recorded).

Clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
