Alamance County Historic Cemeteries

Alamance County has a rich history and a dedicated citizenry who strive to identify, document and preserve the county's historic and cultural resources.  In 1978 a group of citizens volunteered their time to locate and document historic cemeteries. The 1978 cemetery census information has been combined with information from other sources to produce a cemetery map.  This map shows general locations of cemeteries in the county.
