ACRPD Mission Statement

The Alamance County Recreation and Parks Department will provide parks, trails and programs that inspire visitors and welcome all participants.

Little League Registration begins February 6th and will end March 1st.

 

Youth Basketball Post Season Evaluation

Parents of the participants that registered to play directly with the county (Pleasant Grove, Haw River, Eli Whitney, Saxapahaw & EM Holt) in the 2011-2012 Basketball Season please take a moment to complete the evaluation as it will help us better serve participants in future programming.  The survey will be available online through Sunday, March 4, 2012.

 

Alamance County has several parks, recreation centers and Haw River paddle accesses.

Alamance County offers many hiking and paddle opportunities including the Haw River Trail and the NC Mountains-to-Sea Trail.

Alamance County offers youth athletic programs including baseball, softball, t-ball, football and basketball.

Alamance County offers a variety of programs to fit the specific needs of our Special Populations that include youth, adults and seniors.

Alamance County offers many programs including summer camp, senior programs, special populations, special events and outdoor programs.
