Recreation Master Plan

The Alamance County Recreation and Parks Department completed a Comprehensive Recreation Master Plan in March of 2007.  This plan was done in conjunction with the Burlington-Alamance Convention and Visitors' Bureau.  The plan is designed to provide a direction for the department through the year 2020.

Alamance County Land Use Plan

Prepared by the Piedmont Traid Council of Governments in April 2006.  Community meetings and surveys were conducted to gather the community values on land developement in Alamance County.

Destination 2020 Plan

Alamance County Recreation and Parks Department completed the recreation destination plan in 2000. Information includes services offered in the county as well as facilities, athletics, special populations, special activities and more.
