On Going Activites:

Fitness Room - Monday - Friday 8:00am-12:00pm, Wednesdays 4:00-8:00pm and Thursdays 4:00-7:00pm.  For Adults ages 18 & older.  Participants 13 to 17 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.  Exercise at your own risk.  Ask about our Fitness Challenge. 

Acrylic & Oil Painting Class - (Starting back the end of January) Monday mornings 9:00am-12:00pm.  Free to seniors 65 & older.  Must provide your own materials. 

Senior Social Time - Tuesday mornings 9:00am-12:00pm.  Come join us for cards games, board games, quilting, painting, crocheting & more! 

Senior Bingo- Wednesday mornings from 9:00am-11:00am Free to play.  Prizes and snacks provided. 

Senior Potluck Lunch - Held the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 11:00am  
Fried Chicken, sodas and paper products will be provided.  Participants are asked to bring a side dish or dessert.  Call 226-1494 to sign up today!

Family Bingo Night - Every Thursday evening from 5:00-7:00pm

(2nd Thursday of each month please bring a 2 prize minimum to play)

Senior Trips - A variety of trips will be planned once a month.  Call 226-1494 for more information.

Open Gym Hours - The gymnasium at Pleasant Grove is open for free play, but on a limited schedule during youth basketball season. Please call 336-270-5124 for current open gym hours.
