Q.  How do I report fraud?

A.  To report fraud contact our Program Integrity Fraud Investigator by calling (336) 570-6488.  You may also contact the Program Integrity Branch of Economic Independence services at 1-800-662-7030 Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  All reports are confidential, you do not have to give your name.
