To be eligible for the services mentioned above you must meet certian criteria. As you can see, there are many programs available to help individuals and families in a time of need. Please call or visit our office for more information.
Any person who resides in Alamance County, regardless of race, color, or national origin, who needs public assistance or services may apply by calling (336) 570-6532 or by visiting our office at 319 N. Graham-Hopedale Road, Burlington, NC 27217, during the operating hours of 8 am to 5 pm.
To report abuse or neglect of a child, please contact our Child Abuse Hotline at (336) 229-2908. If the situation is an emergency, please dial 911.
To report abuse or neglect of an adult, please contact our Adult Abuse Hotline at (336) 229-2908. If the situation is an emergency, please dial 911.
