H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for Adults and Pregnant Women

Friday, November 20, 2009

from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M.

Fairchild Community Center

827 South Graham-Hopedale Rd.
Burlington, NC 27215

 

The Alamance County Health Department will administer H1N1 vaccine on a first-come, first-served basis, to the following target groups:

 

  • Adults 25–64 years old with chronic medical conditions

(i.e. asthma, emphysema, diabetes, heart disease, and auto-immune disease)

  • Pregnant women

 

In order to receive the vaccine, individuals cannot currently be sick.  There is no cost for the H1N1 vaccine.  To assist our vaccinators, please plan to wear short sleeves or clothing that allows for easy access to the upper arm.
