We’ve had a few reports of users having problems being able to use our menus. Fortunately, the cause (an issue with Internet Explorer) is known and there is an easy 2-step fix.
In Internet Explorer, under the Tools Menu, there are two options: one for “Compatibility View” and another for “Compatibility View Settings" .
If it doesn’t, or if Compatibility View is not an option, go into Compatibility View Settings. There, make sure that “Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View” and “Display All Websites in Compatibility View” are both unchecked. If you see www.alamance-nc.com under “Websites you’ve added to compatibility view”, then remove it. Clicking “OK” on your browser should cause it to refresh the screen and you should be able to see your site without any problems.
