At a Public Hearing of the Alamance County Board of Commissioners on Monday, April 19, 2021, a proposal to extend economic development incentives to Lotus Bakeries will be considered. Lotus Bakeries has plans to expand its new taxable investment in Alamance County by up to $60,000,000 in real property and equipment and to create approximately 86 additional full-time jobs at an average annual salary of $43,510. The proposed Alamance County incentive offer is $600,000 to be paid over five (5) years. The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 19, 2021 at 7:00PM in the Commissioners’ Meeting Room, 2nd floor of the County Office Building, 124 W. Elm St., Graham NC.
