Due to a recent retirement and personnel changes, Alamance County Veteran Services will temporarily be taking Veterans and Dependents of Veterans by appointment only. This is a temporary change while we allow our newest employee to train and get federally certified through Veterans Affairs. We anticipate full certification and a return to our open office

Two meetings have been scheduled to allow the public to give input and receive information about the upcoming Alamance County Strategic Plan. The purpose of these meetings is to allow the public to share their vision and concerns for the county. County staff and leadership will then use the information to draft a strategic plan
Alamance County has launched its strategic plan website so that citizens can keep up to date with all aspects of the development and implementation of our new strategic plan. The site will contain documents that citizens can review and announcements about events that they can attend.

The upcoming Monday, December 21, 2015 Alamance County Commissioners Meeting will be held at 9:00 AM instead of 7:00 PM at the County Office Building in Graham, NC.
