A final draft of the Alamance County Strategic Plan’s framework will be presented to the Board of Commissioners on September 19, 2016, at 7pm in the Commissioners Meeting Room (2nd Floor), 124 W. Elm St, Graham. All are welcome to attend.
This framework will provide the basic outline of the five decision making priorities for departments as we work to implement the plan through our daily work. This includes approval of the Vision, Mission and Core Values. This framework is available for review here.
