For adults. All are welcome! This month we are welcoming a special guest. Dr. Carole W. Troxler will be sharing her newly published book, Sallie Stockard and the Adversities of an Educated Woman of the New South. Sallie Stockard (1869-1963) is a notable figure in Alamance County history, she was the first female graduate of the University of North Carolina and published multiple county histories.
