For adults. Join Health and Wellness Coach Kendra Babbey for an 8-week journey to improve your mental, physical, and emotional health. During the program participants will connect with a community to build motivation and accountability, share simple food recipes, learn to develop a healthy mindset around food, implement mental and physical exercise routines, and set SMART Goals.
