New! Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation Programs

Alamance Parks has launched a new Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation Program. These programs are open and inclusive to people of all abilities ages 8+ (16 and under require adult supervision). Check out the schedule below and please join us!

Trail Walking: Participants in Trail Walking will meet once a month at 10am at one of the many great trails in Alamance County. This program is perfect for those who are new to trails and want to get active while being outdoors. Visit the website calendar or view the graphic below for the spring schedule.    

Functional Fitness: Functional Fitness is an overall fitness and wellness program. It will be held at accessible parks throughout Alamance County including, Willowbrook Arboretum, Burlington City Park, Mebane Community Park, Joe C Davidson Park, Springwood Trail, and Bill Cooke Park.
