AIR Functional Fitness
This is a 6-week Overall Wellness and Fitness Program. It will be held at accessible parks throughout Alamance County including, Willowbrook Arboretum, Burlington City Park, Mebane Community Park, Joe C Davidson Park, Springwood Trail, and Bill Cooke Park.
