On Sunday, October 17, 2021, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office responded to Harmony Church Road where a deceased female was found in the backseat of a burning vehicle. The Alamance County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations and Crime Scene Investigations Divisions along with the Alamance County Fire Marshal, ATF, and the NC SBI were all called in to assist in the investigation.
This investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office at 336-570-6300 to speak with a member of the Criminal Investigations Division.
