The Individual Personal Section is part of the Personal Property Division of the Tax Department. They are responsible for the listing and assessing of approximately 140,000 registered motor vehicles and 16,000 other items of personal property.
There are three persons in the Individual Personal Section:

The Individual Personal Section lists and assesses individually owned personal property such as registered motor vehicles, unregistered vehicles, trailers, mobile-homes, boats & motors, planes, etc.) Staff will adjust values and prorate bills as needed. The Individual Personal staff administers the Homestead (elderly/disabled) Exemption Program. They assist citizens with a variety of concerns via phone and in person.
