Adventures in Gem Mining!

Mebane Public Library. Adventures in Gem Mining! 4:00 p.m. –6:00 p.m. For rising K – 5th graders. Take a Gem Mining Adventure, and explorethe world of rocks, gems, and minerals! Participants can sign up for a sessionto pan for treasures in a portable gem mining station provided by Carolina FunFactory. After the session, each participant can use identification cards toname the rocks, minerals and gems they find, and paint “Kindness Rocks!” Participants must register in advance, andregistration begins on June 24th.
