On Thursday, June 24, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Alamance County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Curtis Trace in Snow Camp in reference to a male shooting a firearm during a disturbance. The caller reported that Ryan Bagby-Hanson threatened to return to the residence.
When deputies arrived, they located shell casings in the driveway. They also discovered that Mr. Bagby-Hanson was a convicted felon who threatened a resident at the house and violated an active protection order during the incident. Warrants were obtained for Mr. Bagby-Hanson’s arrest for Communicating Threats, Domestic Violence Protection Order Violation, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.
Deputies responded to Mr. Bagby-Hanson’s residence where a firearm was located. He was then arrested for his outstanding warrants and taken to the Alamance County Detention Center.
