On June 26, 2021, at approximately 8:00 a.m., Alamance County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a residence on South NC Highway 49 in reference to a report that a family member was in possession of illegal narcotics. Deputies made contact with John Thomas Linn who was asleep on the sofa. After checking to make sure Mr. Linn did not want medical attention, deputies were informed that the Methamphetamine belonged to him.
Mr. Linn was charged with Possession of a Schedule 2 and given a $20,000 unsecured bond.
