On Thursday, August 25, 2022, Sheriff Johnson received calls of damage to multiple mailboxes near the intersection of Friendship Rock Creek Rd. and Spanish Oak Hill Rd. near Snow Camp. Once on scene, the Sheriff requested Deputies to assist with the investigation.

Deputies found that more than twenty mailboxes, a fiber optic cable box, a DOT traffic sign and yard signs had been damaged. Deputies found evidence to believe the damage was caused by a white Dodge Ram pickup truck.

The damage was found from Friendship Rock Creek Rd. to Euliss Rd., Coble Mill Rd., the intersection of Mt. Herman-Rock Creek Rd. and Coble Mill Rd., Old Ingold Trl. and Kimesville Rd. Video camera recordings indicate the damaged occurred at 1:05 a.m. and included video of the suspect vehicle.

As the investigation continued, Deputies located the truck and the owner, Cole William Worley. It was discovered that Mr. Worley and Bruce Dylan Hadley were involved in the incident. The suspect vehicle had damage consistent with that of striking the mailboxes.

Both suspects were arrested and charged on Thursday, September 1, 2022
