On Sunday, May 21, 2023, Investigators with the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit (SVU) were informed that a male caregiver of a minor was believed to be committing indecent liberties with a child.
During the investigation, SVU found probable cause existed to charge the caregiver identified as Billy Michael Daniels. Mr. Daniels was arrested on Thursday, July 27, 2023 and transported to the Alamance County Detention Center.
