On May 22, 2021, the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office responded to S. Main Street in Graham, North Carolina in reference to an automobile larceny. Deputies initiated a traffic stop of the stolen vehicle and placed the driver, Cody Allen Harvill, under arrest. Additionally, deputies found 1.64 grams of heroin on Mr. Harvill.
Mr. Harvill was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle (F), possession of heroin (F) and possession of drug paraphernalia (M) and was given a $25,000 secured bond.
