On July 9, 2021, Alamance County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of a stolen motor vehicle at 1317 Thomas Haith Road in Burlington. 

Upon arrival, deputies determined the vehicle had been stolen by an unknown suspect. A few minutes after the vehicle description was released to local law enforcement agencies, Burlington Police located the vehicle at 728 N. Church Street. Alamance County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded with Burlington Police and spoke to Shetera Laquay Love who admitted to driving the vehicle. Ms. Love was taken into custody for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle.
