Child Health services are provided to children from birth to age 21. Children can receive well child physicals for day care, Head Start, and kindergarten. Screenings include, but are not limited to vision, hearing, lead, and developmental screenings.
Some of our services are free, while others have a charge, depending on income.
We also provide sports and college physicals. These are also charged based on family income.
We also offer the Case Management for At-Risk Children (CMARC) program.
