Mebane Public Library. Behind the Mic: An Introduction to Stand-Up Comedy. 2:00 p.m. For adults. Week 2 of 6. This 6-week series is for fans of stand-up comedy who would like to learn about the processes and inner workings of stand-up comedy. This program will be taught by local comedian Alex Fanning. Please note that the class will be covering a broad spectrum of stand-up comedy material, which will lead to some adult language and subject material. Registration is required.
