History & Culture Lecture Series – Textiles Transforming The South After the American Civil War

Brianne Hodges is a historic interpreter at Bennett Place State Historic Site in Durham, where the largest surrender of the American Civil War occurred in April 1865. She will share how the war significantly impacted the transformation of the Southern states economically, culturally, and politically.
